Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are securely packed in their original, undamaged boxes and ready for transit.

  Schedule Collection

  We will arrange for a specialist courier to collect the heavy goods from your property, or you can drop off smaller items at a designated point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stock for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
